New Manifold Our new heat exchangers are now connected with the new manifold that improve the flow efficiency and drives the raw cooling water to the selected system by solenoid valves (seen on the side of the manifold). |

Heat Exchangers The heat exchangers/liquid receivers are cleanable and can be accessed from the rear of the unit by removing four screws with an allen key and by using a gun brush. The individual tubes can be cleaned while the system is switched off. The water is drained and collected via the bottom plate, which has channels and a set of drain tubes diverting into a bucket or sump. This can be performed periodically, perhaps once per year depending on usage. |

Water Inlet & Outlet Water inlet and outlet for the raw water manifold. The unions are fitted with temperature sensors that continuously monitor the incoming and outgoing water temperatures. The pump then regulates the flow in accordance with preset temperature differential to optimise condensing. |

Water Temperature Sensors Another view of the water inlet and outlet showing the two cables for the temperature sensors for ease of replacement or dismantling. In the event that the temperature sensor fails or is damaged, the entire union can easily be replaced. |
